Patient Account Specialist in the Union Hospital Emergency Room arriving and registering patients in the ER.

Assistant to the Vice President of Sales. Responsible for typing daily reports in Excel and Word to be distributed to District Managers around the country. Worked with P&L statements each month as well as assisting with accounts payable and receivable for the local district. I was also responsible for the inside sales for the largest account in the Cincinnati District for their consignment program. I answered multi-line phones, processed daily billing, entered data sheet information, made travel arrangements, and processed expense reports.

Customer Service Manager (CSM) in charge of all front-end cashiers. I was responsible for scheduling and training of all cashiers. I was also responsible for all HR functions of the store, so I processed all new hires and any full-time employees that were eligible for benefits as well. In addition to being the CSM I was also the Cash Manager, and I was responsible for all cash coming and going in the store. I counted and balanced all cash on a daily basis, made the daily bank deposit and processed all tills. I made sure that all of my associates were maintaining positive attitudes and that the customers were always having a positive experience in our store.
