Curriculum development and oversight also a key component of this position. Oversaw the restructure of program and implementation of new curriculum while in this role. While a case manager, provided case management for a case load of 15-35 residents in a State Parole halfway house program. Duties included individual counseling, maintaining case files, writing progress notes and program plans, and facilitating treatment groups to assist residents in rebuilding independent living skills and making positive life choices.
