*Led the transition from a fully insured Point of Service plan to self-insured POS with a Qualified High Deductible plan (including a Health Savings Account).*Managed all aspects of multiple Open Enrollment periods for all 200+ employees, including the update of the ADP benefit module with the new benefit plan guidelines; hosted educational meetings collected and processed enrollment/dependent information, compared data with carrier records, and addressed any employee questions and concerns.*Effectively oversaw the transition of 403(b) from a seniority-based plan (included Safe Harbor) to a the traditional model for a savings of $200,000.*Conducted serious investigations for any allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

*Provided all new hire information to the payroll department, updated and maintained personnel files, and supported the Director of Human Resources with special projects*Responsibilities included all aspects of benefits enrollment, termination, COBRA, new hire processes, filing, and various clerical duties.

*Issued monthly tuition invoices to the sending school districts for the 10-month school year, the After School Program and the Extended School Year (ESY – summer program) for approximately 55 students. *Prepared manual checks for delivery to staff, assisted the Director of Administration with clerical tasks, provided back-up for receptionist, and responded to external inquiries.
