The CPO works closely with other CHAD senior leaders to drive program strategy and innovation in saving young lives by advancing the awareness and prevention of depression and suicide. On a day-to-day basis, the CPO leads, manages and coordinates the work of Signs Of Suicide, Social Emotional Wellbeing and Family Support Counseling program areas and is responsible for ensuring successful cross-coordination between programs and with other departments. For each of these programs, this position leads the overall direction, performance management, improvement and business results. This includes the assessment and implementation of opportunities to advance the mission through program evaluation and growth. This position will also manage the expansion of local/regional Program Managers thus allowing the CPO to take on statewide program expansion while maintaining program fidelity and key performance indicators.
