CHADS Coalition is a national leader in providing evidence-based suicide prevention and social & emotional well-being programs in schools, as well as providing much needed crisis counseling for severely depressed and suicidal kids and young adults.As Chief Development Officer, I lead a team of development and marketing professionals to further transform our community's response to the mental health crisis afflicting our community's kids. We raise funds to provide life-saving services in the greater St. Louis area and expand our mission to surrounding communities and beyond. Second Street develops white-label SaaS to power digital engagement campaigns for media companies. Second Street is the media industry’s leading online contesting platform, working with over 4,000 media entities to accelerate audience email database growth and generate new, measurable advertising opportunities for media buyers. The Second Street email platform provides the tools necessary for media organizations to capitalize on and monetize the databases that our other products help grow.I work directly with our potential partners (generally sales leadership, digital product managers, and audience development teams) to give them an understanding of the value of digital engagement campaigns and how our solutions can help them reach their goals.

I developed, implemented, and maintained all aspects of community engagement for CHADS Coalition for Mental Health, including, but not limited to fundraising, marketing, and volunteer management. I was responsible for directing $1.2 million annual fundraising effort while managing a grant writer and social media coordinator. I was also responsible for overseeing a volunteer program with over 150 active volunteers. I worked closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to advance the organization's mission in our community.
