In my most recent role, I lead and advance the vision, strategic goals, and priorities of a $6 million non-profit organization to enhance the lives of individuals and families through counseling/therapy, psychiatry, coaching, training, and school-based interventions. I provide direction for planning and implementing all annual and major gifts fundraising initiatives to ensure the organization's clinical integrity, budget, and financial success. I also maintain good relationships with individuals, foundations, government, and corporate donors in order to obtain financing, trusteeship, and support for the organization.Here are a few examples of my contributions to the organization: • Created a position for a Racial Equity Coordinator to lead the DEI Committee in advancing diversity for clients and employees.• Established new avenues of profit growth with the development of cutting-edge programs, including the Trauma Team, Training Models, Coaching, and Telehealth.• Developed a new foundational system -- EMR/RCM platform and implemented a leadership framework for employees emphasizing communication, integrity, and asset-based relationships.

During this time, I directed clinical operations, fiscal integrity, and an annual budget of Residential, TLP, and ILO programs while ensuring compliance standards were met within the facility. I maintained a positive corporate culture by promoting performance enhancement to promote clinical programming and involvement across the continuum of patient care. I also coordinated internal audits, marketing services, and CQI projects using Six Sigma principles. In addition, I established relationships with agencies around the nation to promote the purpose and agenda for children and families.Here are a few examples of my contributions to the organization: • Facilitated training for community and social service organizations.• Brainstormed with a volunteer Board of Directors to increase workflow efficiencies and ensure agency standards were met.• Initially hired as a Treatment Manager and promoted to Treatment Director in 2010 for excellent performance and contributions to the agency.• Saved Spero Family Services $33,000 by speaking on their behalf with Medicaid.• Shining Star of the Year Award recipient in 2012.
