Indiana University Class of 2021 Personally, I have a major focus on skills like leadership, diversity, and integrity. With these skills, I plan on developing consistently as a human being and having the right opportunity to put these to use in a future career path. A lot of my personal involvement including clubs, sports, and other extra-curricular activities reflect upon my dedication to the grind it can take to become successful and my core values. Through volunteer work and mentoring, I also believe that it is necessary to integrate with people in order to grow. Showing integrity in high pressure situations is what my decision making comes down too and my voice is used respectfully toward others at all times.Permanent. This has always been my favorite word for many different reasons. I would love to have my first impression be permanent and stuck in my reviewer’s head. Produce. Every company wants employee’s who can produce quality work in a timely manner. Performance.
