Responsible for establishment and execution of PulteGroup’s digital content strategy. Driving change and adoption of new technology to achieve an enhanced user experience and strong business results.Responsibilities include:- Mobile presence of PulteGroup’s 4 brands (Pulte, Del Webb, Centex & DiVosta) including mobile websites and applications.- Responsible for the strategy and performance of over 1.4 million mobile optimized emails sent per month, including campaigns for lead nurturing, lead follow-up, customer retention and relationship building. - Oversee and participate in email creation, messaging and performance tracking. - Responsible for research, development and implementation of interactive tools that drive consumer engagement and maximize ROI.- Accountable for enterprise level new home product syndication to over 200 partner websites. - Development of graphic and video content standards, including animations, renderings and photography.- Contracting and managing large and small partner vendors to accurately identify and assess opportunities and then applying resources and strategies appropriately. This includes management of the RFP process, development and deployment.

Responsible for managing, creating and deploying lead generation and nurturing marketing programs.Responsibilities include:- Develop programs and marketing tactics including email nurturing campaigns, webinars and landing pages with the purpose of lead generation and re-engagement.- Advise, train and monitor nationwide business units on email systems and best practices.- Identify appropriate target consumer groups and implement targeted email marketing strategies.- Manage strategy and functions of triggered email campaign creation and execution including copy, design, HTML coding, email scheduling and analysis.
