With every job that I’ve had, I always strive to perform at my very best each day. In my current role I was someone who stood out from the beginning because of the level of top tier service I provided to my customers also by meeting and exceeding job performance objectives. I have earned many forms of recogniton for my dedication to be the best member of my team.I quickly moved into the coaching queue, giving me the opportunity to be a mentor to new hires coming into the position. Teaching them the job requirements that would be expected of them and providing the education necessary to ensure that the transition from the classroom to their team would be seamless. While in this transition I have been able to build trust with other peers and have them view me as a leader.
