Some of my duties included: assisted in managing a promotions staff, managed the execution of game day promotions, and coordinated with game day sponsors on the placement of signage and other materials.

In this position, I took the lead on the charity voucher program, kept track of ads and radio spots, and the multiple tasks assigned by the Director of Marketing and the Chief Operating Officer. This was great experience seeing behind the scenes of how a telecast is manufactured and how the LED scoreboards are operated from within the control room. For a week in February, I was hired on to assist the Game Entertainment and Production staff from the Kansas City Royals. The goal for the teams staff was to record all audio, video clips and video features needed for the 2018 regular season. My main role was transporting player personnel between the production room and the clubhouse. I was also assisting the Senior Director of Game Entertainment and Production, and the rest of his staff with other tasks.

For the 2017 season I was the Broadcasting Intern for the Arizona Diamondbacks. My roles for this internship included preparing for the Spring and Regular Season, and assisting broadcasters during the game. I was connected with every department of the organization, as I also played the role as Assistant to the Project Manager of the Creative Department. I have grown many connections and great experience to see how an organization runs on the business side of things.

For the 2016 baseball season I worked in the ticket windows at Chase Field for the Diamondbacks. I had various tasks such as selling tickets, and being at the will call/customer service window assisting guests. I also have gained the knowledge of the ballpark and can direct fans to their seats, along with learning two of the major programs in ticket sales (Archtics and Host).

For this internship with Camelback Ranch, I was responsible for the execution of all game day promotions and set-up of all necessary promotional areas. I also assisted with the operation of center field rides and games and customer service requests. I also assisted with the execution of pre and post-game activities.

The Phoenix Suns partnered with Grand Canyon University to do a ticket sales project. Our tasks for this project include selling tickets for a specific game and obtaining leads for the organization to pursue.
