- Detailed technical reviews of custom product specifications and drawings including application requirements, performances, manufacturability, dimensions, cost estimates, and lead times.- Manage medium to large customer projects from quote to ship. Coordinate between customer, Engineering, Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Operations, and Quality. - Work closely with Proposal Specialists to prepare product specifications and quotes.- Customer technical support for performance, application, design, and quality related questions.

- Performed energy modeling and thermal load analysis to to comply with state and local regulations.- Connected with manufacturers and sales engineers to select and schedule HVAC equipment suitable for each projects demands and needs.- Reviewed submittals and requests for information documentation from contractors and compared them to various project specifications.

- Assisted engineers and project managers to produce consistent and accurate mechanical drawings for our clients.- Drafted and detailed HVAC and hydronic systems for non-residential buildings.- Began to maintain current knowledge of the requirements and standards relating to the current California Mechanical, Energy, and Building codes.
