I describe myself as a Software Professional who has passion for technology and love for people working around me.I started my professional journey 15 years back and instantly fell in love with technology. Everyday challenges around R&D made this love even stronger and developing software became my passion. I loved coding using Microsoft technology stack, which I still do.As I grew in my role and worked with different teams & people, I felt fascinated towards building leadership and growing talents. As a manager I always feel – “People should not be managed, they should be nurtured”, and I keep working towards this philosophy.Technology is still my first love, and I take immense pleasure in coding and conquering challenges.I also have a strong love for fitness, nutrition, and outdoor sports, specially cricket. I love to play T20s with my team every weekend.
