I am employed at Sturm Foods, a division of Bay Valley and TreeHouse, one of the largest and growing non-branded food companies in the US. I have been on board with Sturm from the beginning of their Lean Journey. I played an integral part in leading the organization’s transformation into Lean business practices throughout production and administrative processes. - Orchestrating of improvement activities to build the culture necessary to achieve sustained operational excellence. - Use tools not only to lead, but to accomplish the goals for the organization. - Comply with safety, quality systems & business procedures.- Teach Lean business practices.- Assist in strategic planning, & translate the vision for the ideal state so it's understandable.- Grow the leadership skillset in the Lean disciplines.
