Together with my team, we've ensured that each course not only meets the unique needs of diverse learners but also connects them with essential performance support tools.

Applied a systematic approach to the design of professional development courses for internal and external clients. Analyzed learning needs and organizational goals to identify appropriate course objectives. Developed asynchronous eLearning and hybrid courses delivered on learning management systems. Collaborated with stakeholders and our creative team, stewarding projects through iterative design and development phases.

Analyzed, designed and developed eLearning, video-learning, role-based curriculums, assessments, and performance support tools used to train and support over 20,000 personnel. Managed project development, working collaboratively with subject-matter experts and vendors to deliver quality learning solutions.

Provided learning analysis, instructional design, curriculum development, assessment creation, and technical writing services to clients across many industries including green energy, personal development, and real estate brokerage.

Analyzed learning needs. Designed and authored courses, instructional manuals, learner assessments, and user guides for five-proprietary commercial banking systems. Facilitated both regional software and credit analysis face-to-face training to 1500 internal users. Collaborated with software developers to determine system requirements and beta test prior to launch.

Designed and facilitated financial analysis and cash flow training to both peers and external customers. The training reduced delinquencies thus improving the Division’s overall Current Ratio. Administered a $13,000,000 receivables portfolio of 2,000 customer accounts.

Administered a loan workout portfolio of 20 commercial accounts that prevented many business liquidations and moved loans to “performing” status.

Designed and implemented a six-month curriculum for Administrative Assistant Certification covering topics such as accounting, business communications, and computer systems. Established the College’s first job-placement service.
