Mastered many skills of organization and efficiency as a full-time mother of 12 childrenOrder, efficiency and timeliness are critical skills to lead an office or family. Setting goals, keeping order, being on time, working hard, and keeping on a schedule are essential. I also strive for acceptance, unity and comradery with those I work with. We all enjoy the feeling of “family” in our relationships.

Built a new after-school String Orchestra program as a volunteer teacher and grew the program to be re-established in the Fayetteville Public Schools as part of their curriculum. Worked with the superintendent, principals, teachers, Fayetteville Education Foundation, students and parents to build a program that could meet the needs of students. Wrote grants that funded instruments and music to provide a foundation of equipment needed to start a new program in the public schools.
