Responsible for successfully delivering event management, sound, and lighting services for ~250 events including festivals, auditoriums, bars, and private events. • Management and Communication: Planning & coordination with promoters, venue owners, and performers; lead and direct venue personnel managing ticket and cash collection, stage setup & show times. • Technical Expertise: Design well balanced sound and lighting configurations; setup and operate digital and analog sound and lighting mixing boards. Ensure clear, well balanced sound for both the audience and onstage mix for the bands.
