Visited eligible customers to sell or “cold call” an energy and water savings program for Texas Gas. I first found interest in the program, scheduled visits, and installed energy and water saving equipment to help commercial businesses save on their utilities. I surpassed every monthly goal for sales and installation for 18 months. I worked another project at the same time, where I audited residential efficiency companies to ensure their work was up to code, and that all required upgrades had been implemented. I worked on another project at the same time where I traveled to San Antonio two days a week to remove radio controlled devices and install next thermostats for CPS (the energy company in San Antonio), to help residential customers save on air conditioning and water heating utilities. This entailed driving to designated customers homes, removing two radio controlled electrical devices from the main power box, resided the A/C units and water heaters to work properly, help customers download and train on the Nest App, and return important components to our contractor.

Maintained camp grounds year round for private groups as well as summer camp. I provided support for a high level security training group, religious groups on retreat, maintained facilities for summer camp and staff, and problem solved when facility issues arose. I helped coordinate with large private renters, to ensure their comfort and success during their retreats. I worked with many contractors to complete larger project at the facility, and with the maintenance supervisor to complete daily/common issues.
