With regards to rescue it requires pre planning of a rescue situation as well as having the ability to carry out a dynamic risk assessment under pressure. • To safely load, unload and transport various individual bulk containers into several different forms of transport.• To safely set up and complete various transfer lines for movements of internal materials.• Routine sampling of various materials used on site.• Following written procedures, SSOW & Permits to ensure safety at all times.

• Start-up / Shutdown and running of Tri-Canter 3 Phase Separator Centrifuge system monitoring feed rates, pressures and temperatures within the system and making alterations on variables to meet operating guidelines.• Start-up / Shutdown of complex plant heating systems including boilers and shell and tube heat exchangers, pumps and process lines.• Stock take of materials on plant - both products and consumables to ensure optimum output is achieved and work time is not lost. • Completing processing operations to create a re-sellable product from waste materials via chemical processes.• Testing of all incoming and outgoing loads as well as industrial effluent• Chemical treatment and splitting of coolant products by adding chemicals and salt using tankers.• Liaising with contractors on site to ensure safety of workers through clear communication and also the writing of work permits.• Aiding the maintenance team in the stripping down and the inspection of pumps and boilers onsite and also fault finding and repairs when help is needed.
