I work as a “Client Concierge”. This position I have learned how to intake and manage a very large pipeline of clients. My job is to sell our program and get potential sellers and buyers connected to agents but not only that to make sure the agent provides a five star service along the way. This position requires lots of follow up and staying up to date with what’s going on with each individual seller. Handling hundreds of clients, some that have sold and I’m getting reviews from, some that haven’t made it to the listing appointment some that I have been trying to get a hold of for months now. With all of these moving parts I learned how important it is to notate what’s going on so you can make the seller feel like you really do personally remember them even if they may have slipped your mind.

I was a car salesman. Selling anywhere from 10-15 cars a month. Developing relationships throughout the process of the sale to gain trust and rapport. Scheduling multiple appointments a day and knowing when to delegate appointments if I booked too many in one day. I learned so much during my time at Honda. For example, using the customers own words to leverage the sale. There are so many tactics and techniques I have been able to utilize in different sales positions.

This was my second Insurance sales position and I was in the Medicare market. I enjoyed selling financial products the most during my time in insurance and we had weekly meetings on annuities where I really got to start to learn about the intricacies. After daily morning meetings we were on our own in terms of appointment scheduling and time management. This is where I really learned how to utilize my time and break my day up into small achievable goals that by the end of the day equate to a successful days work.

This was my first sales position. I learned under some of the top producing agents in this office. For the first six months of this position I was partnered with different agents daily. I would help book our day out and watch the presentations. This is where I saw the different styles of salesman and women. Some agents made you laugh and some came off very laid back and others very straight to the point. I saw they all had their strengths and weaknesses. To this day I feel my biggest strength is being able to read my clients energy and respond with what feels the is the best way to approach that particular client.
