Continued in the Analytics and Information Management service line within Technology Consulting until July 2018 when I transferred into the Operations Excellence service line. The Operations Excellence service line will give me the opportunity to utilize my chemical engineering background while tackling organizational maintenance and operations issues across multiple companies and industries.

I have worked to plan and facilitate a successful cutover of an integrated ECMS and EDMS solution at a large oil and gas client. This involved facilitating the activities and relations between three contracted consulting companies while standardizing and delivering reports to key stakeholders at the client. (November 2015 - March 2016)Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for the implementation of an ECM platform with multiple integrations with a Bentley system as well as SAP. Developed the testing plan and delivered reports and status updates to key stakeholders. Managed and directed the activities of an offshore team in India to enable a work stream that ran 24 hours a day. Planned and executed over 100 hours of sessions with the client for Hardening and User Acceptance Testing in the project resulting in a sign-off for the solution to be deployed. (March 2016 - March 2017)Functional Specialist / Quality Assurance Specialist in several technical releases enhancing the previously delivered solution. This position involved working closely with key stakeholders on the client side in order to prioritize and finalize the functional specifications of the enhancements. Planned and facilitated business validation sessions to gain sign-off for the solutions to be deployed. (March 2017 - August 2017)

•Learned about field equipment used in the oil and gas industry.•Collected and analyzed field equipment data to correct the existing industrial equipment tax assessment.•Created and presented a report detailing inconsistencies in the industrial tax assessment, and a strategy to lower operational costs.•Project results exceeded expectations of all key stakeholders, and successfully lowered the tax assessment.

•Selected to represent University of Western Ontario in a research project at the prestigious Zhejiang University in China.•Conducted and analyzed over 720 experiments with gas chromatography during an 11-week internship to investigate the efficacy of a nanogold catalyst and hydrogen peroxide oxidant for the selective oxidation of cyclohexene to cyclohexene oxide.•Independently presented and defended experimental results to a 10-member panel of professors and graduate students.

•Worked for the park during the summer season in 2011 and returned for the summer season in 2012 with a promotion to Lead Hand and new responsibilities.•Supervised and managed a team of 11 people operating historical midway rides, with an average daily park attendance of 3800 guests.•Responsible for the training of new members with an age range of 18-25 in ride operation, safety procedures, and customer service.•Routinely evaluated the safety of historical rides and performed shutdowns and small maintenance jobs as needed.
