Patrolman are responsible for,- Performing Law enforcement duties such as, traffic enforcement, and random vehicle entry searches.- Responding to domestic disturbances and dissipating volatile situations- Providing First-Aid if the patrolman arrives on scene before medical assistance arrives.

Responsibilities include, controlling entry and exit to a military base.- Performing background checks on civilians attempting to gain access.- Becoming certified in the use of the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).- report any flaws in entry procedures.- Constantly view Operating Instructions for errors and correcting them.
