As an Operations Assistant at the Greenbrier Classic I was part of a team that ran a successful PGA Tour event. One of my main responsibilities was the oversight of the fleet of 100 tournament courtesy vehicles. I also acted as the main onsite contact for several sponsor representatives including Quicken Loans, Nature Valley, Ford, and AdvoCare. As the onsite contact I assisted the representatives with the set-up and breakdown of their expo areas on the tournament grounds and helped them solve any issues that surfaced throughout the tournament. Another aspect of my duties was to support vendor relations by working hand in hand with vendors to complete tasks and resolve any issues. Set-up and breakdown of the tournament grounds was also a large part of my responsibilities during my time at The Greenbrier Classic.

As an Athletic Business Office Intern at the University of Connecticut I assisted administration in carrying out the daily operations of the office. Some of the office's main functions included budget analysis, account reconciliation, and compilation of information for tax reports. During my time in the office I was an integral part in the budget analysis process through the creation of budget spreadsheets and production of data. I also was tasked with the reconciliation of ticket reports for all home football games during the 2013 season as well as the compilation of financial data for tax reports. In addition to these responsibilities, I engaged in some technical writing for the office whereby I created an informative Policies and Procedures manual for Athletic Department employees to review.
