Oversaw the establishment of the DC Processing Team. Responsible for a host of daily, monthly, and quarterly investment processes across a collection of DC clients; ensuring full reconciliation at each stage. Built each of the individual processes and ensured that these are rigorous and thorough, whilst advocating for continual improvement. Responsible for processing contribution files and the subsequent investments for Defined Contribution schemes across the business. Runs the lifestyle process for a number of DC schemes on a monthly basis: running member calculations, placing switch trades and reconciling and allocating switched units to members’ records. Involved in process review and improvement whilst providing support and training to team members on a number of topics including MI and client reporting, database administration and MS Excel support. Spearheads the teams testing and implementation projects by working alongside technical teams to ensure business satisfaction.

Oversees multi-million pound investments on a monthly basis; ensuring all regulations and rules are adhered to. Works with a number of outside clients and administration teams and maintains strong and positive relationships with all. Has previously led a highly successful, large scale reconciliation and investment project and has since applied practices that ensure successful tracking and reporting for future processing. Has also played a significant role in the testing and implementation of a new DC pensions system; working with test matrices and ensuring business satisfaction with the product.

Oversaw an increase in volume of contribution files to be processed - rising from approximately 30 per week to upwards of 400 - with no significant increase in staff numbers. Provided system training to new members of staff and worked on both UAT and BAT systems as part of system testing projects.
