In May of 2016, I joined the marketing and strategy team as the Brand Launch Manager for Frontline, as we prepared to officially launch our new name and brand as Frontline Education. This once in a lifetime opportunity and highly visible project was a stretch assignment aimed at exposing myself to the entire company portfolio and operations of the business. Collaboration and communication skills were critical to this assignment of leading a large cross-functional product team of 25+ people representing all functional areas of business operations across the company.
