Managing a caseload of families involved in the court reunification process by providing immediate outreach and support services for SARMS (dual-diagnosed) clients at courthouse to include facilitating immediate entry into alcohol/drug treatment programs; performing pre-behavioral health screenings; coordinating services between community providers to include all county and court entities; assuring equity across the SARMS region continuum; interfacing with community providers and performing various administrative and AOD counselor duties such as: scheduling and facilitating collaborative meetings (with all professionals involved with cases); presenting education curriculum; administering screenings, assessments and intakes (motivational interviewing); conducting groups, urinalysis test, and individual counseling; inputting urinalysis results and service codes; completing treatment plans; updating progress notes in files and on court reports; briefing judges; representing clients in court; preparing stay reviews and progress letters for Probation and the Courts; providing justification of services for referral agencies; and completing discharges.

Assisting in training pupils in the basic and physical skills necessary to care for individual needs. Performing specialized health care procedures, under the direction of school nurse. Maintaining order in the classroom, on the playground, and during outings. Completing various administrative duties as follows: documenting incidents occurring during activities, maintaining files on student's progress, contacting parents and staff to inform or remind them of parent/teacher conferences and IEP meetings, attending multi-disciplinary team meetings and helping to create and enforce modified behavior plans.
