Engineering is my passion. I love to see myself inserted into everyday situations and scenarios and think about how I could improve some of the processes. In every business, I see the care of people and the opportunities for improvement. I love strategy, continuous improvement, operations and project evaluation.I currently work at VTEX and I am immensely happy. I am in contact every day with businesses all over the world, I fall in love with how they have become what they are and I am excited to be that complement, that consultant that they need to keep growing. I learn from everything, and with my clients, I always feel that the learning is bilateral.
