Michigan's 2nd largest home builder averaging 200 homes a year.Duties included coordinating, scheduling and overseeing our trade base on multiple homes simultaneously, in varying sages of completion, to build a code compliant, Energy Star certified home, with our developed methods and approaches known to lesson warranty claims, while minimizing construction cost variances and delivering a zero punch list home at closing on our 12 week build schedule. This required regular interaction with homeowners, inspectors, buyers and trades to ensure all parties come to the end in agreement on a quality product. Giving timely attention to prints and change orders that selections corresponded accurately and construction followed correctly as well as anticipation of any potential conflicts in the field. Additional duties included oversight of my assigned communities ensuring all signage, vacant lots, sites under construction, model homes and streets projected only the up most professionalism to any potential client.During my 6yrs I was charged specifically with presentation and preparation of our models for the parade of homes. As well as 2 separate warehouse relocations and build outs, along with general maintenance of all the companies' buildings and equipment.

Ingham Regional Medical Center

$60 million construction of 175,000sq' of hospital space for the IRMC Chi tower and Heart Surgery Center. Included; ICUs, heart surgery suites, nuclear med, admin, patient areas, em power, MRI, CAT, and supporting spaces. An additional 40,000sq' of renovation converted existing ORs into cath lab, which involved extensive asbestos remediation and demolition w/o impacting ongoing patient care. Regular duties included; Expediting and facilitating any go ready needs for all trades. Protect, enforce, and see to all infection control measures remain in place, effective and in use by construction personal. Placement , maintenance and revision on a dynamic site all signage for public directions, safety, ambulatory, advertising, exiting, fire and construction related safety for workman. Verifying all building barriers (weather, security, dust) and public safety perimeters where kept in place, replaced, and in tact. Ensuring daily MIOSHA compliance, while promoting a culture of safety to all subcontractors and correct any condition otherwise. Oversee SESC measures remain compliant. Complete daily site safety insp and report weekly on, as well as housekeeping or other pertinent aspects.Ensure site conditions always publicly projected the upmost professionalism and an orderly, maintained efficient site for VIP guest. Keep up interaction with subs to relay issues and concerns to upper management and build rapport among trades. Coordinate site logistics for deliveries, staging, lay down needs and aerial pics.Meet, tour, and relay interactions with building inspectors. Inspect, ID and maintain as-builts for fire walls and pens for State Fire inspections.Generate, & complete in house items and verify completion of all punch list.Personally completed closeout, final punch list execution, demobilization, packing and shipping of the 3 Michigan HBE projects; Bay City, Flint, Lansing.
