At this prominent intellectual property firm, I worked with clients in the publishing, TV, music, fashion, and licensing industries. Before that, I was an attorney in the law department of Viacom Enterprises, the world's largest distributor of feature films and off-network TV programming. At Viacom, I was also involved in entertainment and character licensing. Before law school, I was Director of Publicity of the Simon & Schuster Reference Group and Prentice Hall Press. Before moving to S&S, I worked at St. Martin's Press, where I specialized in partnership marketing, strategic alliances, and the promotion and marketing of popular culture books. Because of my publishing and broadcast background, I am very familiar with my clients' industries, enabling me to counsel them on business and legal issues.
