Responsible for executing high volume and complex digital campaigns on Comcast owned & operated and partner websites per client's contract. Works with customers, agencies and sales executives to ensure assets and instructions are received and implemented correctly. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize campaign ROI and customer retention. Create, package and distribute customer campaign delivery reports, aggregate delivery statistics and assist with preparation of qualitative and comparative analytics for sales and executive use.

Provides technical assistance, merchant training, and client support to hibu's internal and external customers. This team supports the E-Commerce product(s) and service offerings provided by Znode Multifront, a division of hibu. Primary responsibilities include complex product questions and solutions, technical assistance, and training to merchants in the use of system and applications as related to Znode Multifront. Additional responsibilities will include performing creation of new accounts and storefronts using company provided software tools. The common thread across these areas of responsibility is consultation to current and prospective clients in the E-Market space.

To provide critical support services to Yellowbook’s premise and telephone sales teams as well as our clients at point of sale or re-service, all by way of a fast paced, high volume inbound call center. Provides real-time support for the MediaPro sales tool and Yellowbook.com—(including scoping, relevancy, placement, product questions and solutions), provisioning of proven value tools (RCF/URL), assists sales agents in the field obtain reservation numbers for limited inventory items, and assists with website scheduling interviews for clients. Provide real time phone "help desk" support for Reps in the field experiencing problems with the Media Pro application which is preventing the completion of a sales order. Analyzes and solves problem "real time" using remote access software to allow completion of sale. Serves as a single point of contact for sales to call when in need of assistance, and is able to resolve the call or probe to identify exactly where the calls need to go and facilitate connection with the appropriate party

Interpret marketing documents and the spec sheet to determine all listings local to a directory. Research Bell Core to determine the correct area codes, exchanges and communities local to a directory. Create white/yellow grids for each market, showing area code prefixes, communities, zip codes, scoping comments, etc. Post grid to ybnet. Compare scoping rules to the marketing documents and make any necessary changes for added/removed prefixes and cities.
