With over 17 years of experience in the transportation industry, I am a safety and fleet expert with a psychology background. As a Transportation Safety Manager at Holcim, I had oversight of safety and compliance of vehicles and drivers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. I also implement and monitor safety policies and procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and provide training and coaching to the staff. Thanks to my skills and credentials in fleet maintenance, operations, and process improvement, I have contributed to reducing accidents, injuries, and costs, as well as increasing customer satisfaction and retention. Previously, I was a Fleet Director at Corfu Foods and a Fleet Manager at Tredroc Tire Service, where I managed and optimized the performance of large and diverse fleets, delivering excellent results in terms of safety, reliability, and profitability. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Roosevelt University, as well as certifications as a Certified Equipment Manager.
