I bring two decades of management and outreach experience seeking to transition out of Policing into a role aligned with Community Engagement & Outreach. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership, Diversity, and Public Safety. A vast majority of my work in Law Enforcement experience was not crime related but related to Community Engagement and Outreach. My work experiences in the community, through Law Enforcement, helped me to better understand the dynamics of the communities I have served and impacted. I understand resident demographics, poverty levels, crime rates, and other factors that influence communities.
