Current· Reducing average miles per stop, while increasing stops per hour with strategic route planning. Bringing our terminal above the goal of 1.52 to 1.6 stops per hour. Creating Preventative Maintenance schedules. Utilizing the Citarus program along with Omnitracs fleet mapping, We are able to predict breakdowns in an attempt to reduce downtime.· Responsible for creating Work orders and Purchase orders as well as Invoicing all completed jobs to secure payment for our vendors. procuring vendors for tows and repairs.· Ensuring the terminal is clean, safe and in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and codes including FMCSA and OSHA guidelines· Ensuring all employees stay in compliance with proper licensing and documentation necessary to perform their jobs, including DOT requirements drug and alcohol testing as well as certifying drivers with the state.
