2015 - PresentSr Application Engineer for Dimension Control Systems (DCS) Main job is to build models and produce results/reports to various customers, mainly automotive suppliers. The majority of my years I've spent working with EV companies and helping them build dimensional models for their Body-in-White assemblies. I worked briefly on Tesla's Model S and X programs then worked from the inception of the Model 3 program through the beginning of production. Collaborating with software development team to help enhance our software, demo-models for sales and teaching classes on how to use 3DCS are a few other duties I help with when not tasked with a project.2012 - 2015Dimensional Analyst for Troy Design & Manufacturing (TDM) Job duties were to build and update vehicle models. Analysis/ Requests were done on entirety of the vehicle but the main job responsibility was to analyze fit and finish targets for the exterior and load that data in to an Excel macro that tracked the percentage of targets within compliance. Programs worked on: F-150 and Escape.
