Ensures safe, reliable aircraft are available to support Air Education and Training Command's pilot training and technical training mission taskings. Develops command-wide aircraft and trainer maintenance policy, procedures and plans for aircraft maintenance on 1,400 active aircraft, 3,000 engines, 60,000 support equipment items and 86 ground trainers. Provides dedicated customer support to unit and wing mission requirements with the goal of improving flying and technical training effectiveness and aircraft fleet health.

Provided strategic leadership and management over Headquarters Air Education and Training Command's 1,500 aircraft valued at $30B. Exercised supervisory responsibility and personnel management for 10 direct report functional managers. Managed fleet wide repair, sustainment, and documentation of 23 unique weapons systems. Produced 290K flights dedicated to the Air Force’s pilot production mission.

Managed all tactical level operations and resources (personnel plus equipment) required to provide optimized training for six Air Force career fields producing over one thousand annual graduates. Led 106 personnel to deliver more than one hundred thousand instructional hours and capture the 82nd Training Group's Squadron of the Year Award.

Oversaw all tactical level operations and resources (personnel, aircraft and equipment) required to produce safe and reliable aircraft to accomplish the organization's flying mission. Measured command program goals, objectives, milestones, and planned operational events and successfully merged and executed tactics with actual events. Managed a $25.6M flying hour program encompassing 341 military and civilian personnel across multiple career specialties, responsible for graduating new pilots.

Directed maintenance actions for eleven F-16 aircraft, fourteen Pratt & Whitney -229 engines, and four hundred thirty-five million dollars’ worth of support equipment. Provided leadership and guidance for eighty-five personnel from fourteen different career fields and performed daily resource management to successfully execute a twenty-three million dollar flying hour program. Analyzed aviation safety crosstalk to ensure the team could safely perform at thirty-six show sites across the country to support military recruiting and retention programs.
