Liaise with external agencies such as educational institutes and placement agencies.Eliminated manual tracking of PTO and benefits by implementing HRIS system.Benefits administration to include unemployment claims/appeals and workers compensation.Advised Management staff of proper protocol for documentation practices. Propose and implemented training needs for Supervisory and support staff.Provided HR consulting services to external clients. Provided guidance and exceptional HR services to all levels of staff.
