Fulfill both short- and long-term substitute assignments across all subject areas, effectively teaching students of varied academic/age levels (grades 2-12) and diverse cultural backgrounds. Instruct classes of as many as 40 students; communicate with teachers and administrators and build a positive rapport with students.

• Maintain accurate notes and work off closing plans to complete tasks on all assigned files. Upload and maintain files. Prepare and maintain files for each assigned listing and closing.
• Change MLS status on listings as needed, Update webpages with changes to preexisting listings and new listings as they became available.
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure all deadlines are met and all information needed is obtained
• Schedule closings for all assigned clients and agents, arrange for keys/checks/etc, and maintain calendar for closings
• Scheduled all inspections for buyer clients, as well as any specialized vendors, as needed
• Arrange access to properties for appraisers, inspectors, and vendors
