About Corey Thomas

Throughout my work history, I’ve worked in a variety of different settings. I’m a very hands on learner. My current career in education as a Sign Language Interpreter, I learned due to volunteering in the deaf community the past 18 years. Learning the language and culture from the inside allowed me to hone my skills. I’m now Certified to interpret in an educational setting in every State- some State requirements are higher than others. I’ve even gained the experience of working with Deaf/Blind, Autistic Support, and other programs as well. From an early age I learned hard work, in my early teens my first job I cleaned office floors in a factory. Through High School I worked in the food industry. I just received my OSHA forklift certification through York County School of Technology. I’m a big sports fan, particularly football. I love to socialize with friends and family.
