In overseeing the product development organization, I am in the position to define and implement practices and procedures in order to facilitate rapid, efficient, and high quality deliverables to our customers for both on-site and cloud based solutions. This also includes defining and executing on a path forward for assimilating multiple existing custom solutions into a single, packaged and configurable product to be sold in the market space. In working with the client services organization, I am tasked with ensuring resources are appropriately assigned based on skill set, and that development standards are being upheld during these engagements.I am also still active and hands on in the development process, working with technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Java, Apache Camel, RESTful Web Services, XML/XSLT, Ember.JS, among many others.

I work with various customer implementation teams, and help set direction for product growth.

Software manager responsible for technical direction for Credit Risk application used by energy and commodity trading firms. Manage team of developers to build, maintain and enhance both this core product and its interaction with other Triple Point software offerings as well as other commodity management tools.In addition to managerial duties, heavily involved in both functional and technical design of product features, and pushed forward multiple usability features to improve both customer interaction with product and to simplify product upgrade process. Also remain active participant in application development of product, push forward architectural initiatives, strive to improve application performance, and radically increase test automation. Also assist customer support in troubleshooting high priority and high profile customer issues.

Oversee day to day development of Credit Risk Management software. Responsible for business model design and software architecture. Work with business analysts to finalize functional designs and assist in project planning.

Participate in technical design of various software integration project for major clients. Lead a small team of developers during development cycle.
