• Won summary judgment in Bishop v. Nu-Way Service Station, Inc., an Americans with Disabilities Act failure to accommodate case litigated in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri..
• Won summary judgment before the Circuit Court and prevailed on appeal before the Missouri Court of Appeals in Daugherty v. City of Maryland Heights, Mo., a disability and age discrimination case brought under Missouri.
• Successfully argued motion to dismiss in Kunzie v. City of Olivette, Missouri, a breach of contract and whistleblower retaliation case and protected the City’s ability to assert a sovereign immunity defense.
