As a Veteran, I understand making that transition can be difficult. As part of this group, I provide training and assist transitioning military personnel on their journey to find civilian jobs. Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida

Led two safety offices with an 18-member team implementing Air Force safety operations, systems safety engineering and environmental requirements for multi-billion dollar space systems providing crucial intelligence information to war fighters and decision makers. Managed the efforts of government and contractor agencies conducting system safety and technical analysis of ground equipment, flight vehicle systems and spacecraft launched on various launch vehicles. Oversaw ground/occupational safety, fire and environmental compliance at satellite processing facilities across Eastern and Western Launch Rages ensuring safety for over 1000-member work force.

Minot Afb, Nd

Led 296 Airmen in 11 work centers in the only operational unit supporting two different Air Force nuclear platforms. Guaranteed US strategic and emergency war order capabilities of 28 B-52 aircraft, 150 Minuteman III ICBMs and more than 400 Air Launched Cruise Missiles (ALCM). Provided maintenance and logistical direction for the execution of intermediate level maintenance on weapons, missiles and support equipment valued at over six billion dollars ensuring compliance with nuclear surety directives.

- Revised Space Command instruction, reduced requirements 30% and streamlined training and mission assurance activities for space launch. - Transitioned Eastern and Western launch ranges to new contract. Consolidated local maintenance and depot functions, saved $80 million per year and ensured aged radars ready to support launch.- Led multi group exchange forum to leverage experience. Efforts led to $470 million weather satellite on orbit. - Managed personal and training for 108 selectively filled positions for 6 units, resulted in 23 launches worth $17 billion.

Vandenberg Afb, Ca

- Led 18 engineers and quality assurance technicians on 1 ½ year mission of 1st Vandenberg launch of a Delta IV Heavy rocket. - Authored training plan for X-37B space plan landing and recovery. Team rendered vehicle safe after 365+ day space mission.- Drove re-org of unit training, ensured 20 technicians cross trained on Atlas & Delta rockets, utilization up 75%.
