Every morning I come in at 9am two hours before the store opens to begin brewing the tea and making the tapioca pearls along with other various tasks such as making fresh squeezed juice and prepping the front of the store. After the store opens I am also in the front to help make drinks and or be cashier. I have between 60-70 drink recipes memorized along with 5-7 recipes memorized for the kitchen.

load and unload freight on/off trucks using forklift and/or pallet jack. Sorting, shrink wrapping and staging freight on pallets for drivers. Also use in-house system to scan in certain products. During down time sweep and dispose of trash into dumpster, stack pallets and break down cardboard.

every shift I opened the store. I got to the store at 3am two hours before the store opened in order to prep for the start of the day. I baked croissants, muffins, bagels and biscuits. Made iced tea and iced coffee. Set up display case for donuts and breads. Counted cashier drawers and tidied up dining area before 5am. During store ours I was on cashier, made drinks and sandwiches and replenished cooler / fridge.
