Corey Wade is an operational leader and organizational development strategist offering over 20 years of combined experience implementing specialized leadership development programs, overseeing regional operations, supervising multi-million-dollar asset/resource management programs, and building culturally-positive environments. Over the course of his career as a Green Beret, Corey has been routinely recognized as and energizing leader and a trusted business partner that believes successful organizations thrive through employee engagement, teamwork, innovation, unity-of-effort, and effective leadership. Corey currently serves as an Operations Director and Special Forces Strategic Advisor overseeing a geographically-dispersed cross-functional team of 120 located in Europe. In this role, he has successfully forged relationships with our multinational partners to enable unified operations across the region. Prior to this position, Corey provided leadership as a strategic planner and operational advisor to foreign leaders and U.S. Dignitaries in locations across the globe to include the Middle East and Africa. He additionally served as an instructor for a highly-specialized U.S. Special Forces training program- a role that truly exemplified his commitment to developing the "next generation" of talent. Corey has a Bachelor of Science in IT Security from Colorado Technical University and an Associates of Applied Science in Diesel Technology. Additionally, he graduated from the Joint Special Operations Senior Enlisted Academy where he completed executive-level coursework in strategic communications and organizational management.
