Current• Set the tone for creative strategy by providing an innovative, data-driven perspective ensuring deliverables that effectively address clients’ marketing and financial objectives. • Develop and effectively maintain consistent brand voice, narrative, and visual style in all actionable creative initiatives to meet agency & client objectives.• Responsible for leading a cross-functional team of designers, developers, photographers and videographers to facilitate the integration of creative across all internal and external efforts.• Collaborate with account managers and operation team to elevate and streamline the quality of deliverables to ensure creative output consistently meets or surpasses client expectations. • Own the quality of all creative output through the use of project milestones, workflows, and deadlines, while delivering on engagement and sales goals.
