I also set up bespoke solutions for clients with specific global needs that cannot be met by the traditional serviced apartment products. I launched a global preferred partner programme and the first global OTA for the industry, which involved a programme of webinars, educational seminars for all the global partner in the supply chain. My teams are at the core of the business, sourcing solutions and negotiating competitive rates for global contracts. Key role was to analyse the existing lettings business consisting of 22 offices, property management and renewals and put in place a “recovery plan” The lettings division had been neglected and lost both market share and reputation and I was charged with regeneration the business and staff morale. After an extensive recruitment drive, team training and development programme the division was back on budget and performing well.

Key role was to develop a sales, re -sales and leasing strategy. Streamline the sales process and establish a property investment and portfolio management business. To review existing customer experience at Omniyat, present a proposal for a new Customer Relations Department and recruit and train the new CRM team. Omniyat Properties are a high end “boutique” developer with a range of designer buildings and clients with high expectation on both service and delivery.
