I relocated to Sydney in October 2019 to drive the growth and expansion of HireVue across the APAC region.I provide subject-matter expertise to support the sale, scope and implementation of our interview- and game-based assessment solutions across the region, with a focus on partnering locally with strategic accounts and partner channels. I also serve as HireVue's spokesperson for local media and marketing engagements.Through my leadership I have led multiple initiatives locally that have allowed HireVue to significantly expand our offering and customer base within the region, such as bringing our core assessment offering to the Japanese market and improving opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders utilising the platform.

Following the acquisition of MindX, I drove the successful integration of our systems and process into HireVue, and joined the IO Psychology team at HireVue.I provide subject-matter expertise on our assessment solutions, consulting internally and externally throughout the sales process (eg. leading product demonstrations and pitches, solutions scoping, responding to RFPs and RFIs) as well as project delivery (eg. supporting assessment implementation, delivering enablement, managing legacy MindX projects). I also support Marketing events, webinars and have presented at various conferences in the UK, Australia and Japan.In the months following the acquisition of MindX I co-ordinated closely with a number of internal teams at HireVue to produce content and map processes to continue to drive the successful integration of our solution post-acquisition.

Our software tools integrate the latest advancements in game technology, machine learning and psychometrics to empower employers to attract, identify, engage and develop the best talents. In a versatile role at MindX, my core responsibilities were to:- Develop new offerings by carefully considering technical capabilities and UX, whilst maximising retention of scientific rigour and validity. - Personally create, test and iterate content and features for new gamified assessments.- Build and maintain expertise on latest developments in the field of selection and assessment, gamification and I/O psychology, incorporating this into our product roadmap and offering.- Provide support through scientific and product expertise in pitches and discussions with senior stakeholders (eg. C-suite, VP’s and regional Heads of Functions).- Independently produce or contribute to project proposals, pricing, and client reports.- Act as primary point of contact for in-bound leads - producing marketing & sales collateral, independently managing accounts, and running digital or face-to-face product demonstrations. - Support the Science team on producing reports on post-launch project analysis and validation studies.

Chemistry is experts in making that happen.In my time working within the Science team, I was fortunate enough to:- Lead the development and launch of the organisation's first in-house personality assessment, as well as training and embedding the new assessment within the company. - Manage the research and development of a large portion of the company’s core intellectual property.- Build a number of capability frameworks for two FTSE 100 companies covering multiple HR roles, Salespeople (used globally across their 600 GTM individual contributors and managers for internal development), and Agile Scrum Teams.- Support a range of client projects as the lead business psychologist on the account team (building and testing bespoke content, providing subject matter expertise, running statistical analysis), including an Agile transformation utilising the capability framework that I developed.- Co-ordinate and deliver a series of workshops at two London Universities, and be jointly responsible for managing multiple Interns recruited through the programme.- Be twice prize-winner in the quarterly, company wide recognition scheme for role-modelling company values.
