Responsible for a 2 billion Euros portfolio with 800 eolic generators also responsible for cost reduction and process optimization works together with the Spanish central office.- Responsible for the project portfolio in a total of 800 eolic generators with more than 130 wind farms, also responsible for cost reduction and process optimization works, in this case working with head quarters in Barcelona.With several manufacturing and supply unities inside Brazilian country, responsible for planning and coordination for the overall operation for internal and outsourced manufacturing purchases and transport for electrical eolic generation equipments, also working on new suppliers, material control, quality, fiscal (Taxes), erection and commission.With final customer, responsible to manage the account, claims and new sales, specially in additional orders. Reached an increase of 3% in the net margin.

Sao Paulo And Vina Del Mar

Responsible for customer and project scope management with Chinese, Korean, Argentine, Italian and German suppliers. Managing Teams with more than 350 people in more than one country in the areas listed above for the following projects:- AES Gener - Ventanas project – Consortium leader of a 52 Million USD EPC contract to supply a Sea water FGD for a coal thermoelectric power plant in Chile. First project of this kind in the region, delivered with an increase of 15% on sales price and 10% margin increase;- CGTEE Candiota – Pressure parts retrofit for 2 coal fired Boilers in the south of Brazil (EPC contract). Project manager for Brazil scope (60 MUSD contract) in a consortium with Alstom France. Delivered under planned time and with margin increase;- CSN Sinter #3 – Consortium leader for an EPC contract to supply a new ESP in the CSN sinter #3 (steel company - 19 MUSD contract). This project is in consortium with a Brazilian erection company. Delivered with an increase of 20% in the sales price;- Endesa Tarapacá – Consortium leader for an EPC contract in the north of Chile to supply a new fabric filter to Endesa boiler (Power plant - 25 MUSD contract). The scope includes the replacement of ID fan and change on boiler automation. This project is in consortium with a Chilean erection company.

Customer – CTBC (Algar Group) – Responsible for managing the implementation of a CRM (Customer Relationship management) and a network services provisioning tool (Metasolv), Also responsible later to establish the SW factory.Assessment of CMMI Level 5 – Assessment to keep the TCS global certification of CMMI level 5, supported the preparation of the assessment and has been audited as project manager of a focus project in the assessment (Audited in all Pas).Customer – Grupo OESP - Responsible for managing all operation of this account with projects of maintenance and development of systems. (Project in Commercial Distribution and Financial Systems) Development of system for the sales force team, implementation of functionalities on legacy systems for SAP implementation, and others.
