I do all pay for soldiers for drill andschools as well as any travel. Make sure all NCOERs are done in the appropriatetime and make sure all soldiers are medically fit and are an MRC1 or MRC2. As the 1st shift supervisor I had to get the work schedule forthe week and separate it out among all three shifts over a five day period toaccomplish our overall goal in the frame mill. Was chosen as a supervisor to goto multiple new plant locations to set up operational CNC machines for thosenew plants.
