Functional Lead-eVA Mobile Approver•Created a mobile application (web/native) to support the Common Wealth of Virginia’s state procurement program through aiding registered buyers by way of approval workflow.•Wrote the statement of work helping to identify key areas of the project’s scope and design in an effort to outline key stressor; ensuring both the client/project-team were clear on direction and expected deliverables.•Led the functional development of the initiative through writing the functional design leveraging an understanding of multiple mobile platforms•Led testing effort for newly developed mobile application.
