- After reports of customer confusion using newly released application, conducted market research through surveys and customer interviews to understand customer experience. Identified common confusers within the application and built a roadmap of features and improvements to address primary concerns. Oversaw the development of these features and held regular review meetings with stakeholders to monitor progress throughout the roadmap. Followed up with customers to verify needs were met and confusers had been addressed to their satisfaction.- Successfully led project to transition from Salesforce Classic for Support department. As Support grew, so did their requirements for project management capabilities within the CRM. After investigating alternative products, built plan to transition to Salesforce Lightning and implemented custom features to meet their needs. This solution required less than a quarter of the development time as the next best solution and met over 90% of Support’s initial requirements. - Collecting and analyzing data from surveys, focus groups, and customer interviews, document feature and user stories that ensure the end product meets the needs of the customer. Oversee the implementation of these features including participating in design reviews, reviewing UI designs, and reporting to stakeholders. Coordinate with support department to release new versions and update current customers.

- Sales presented a proposal which involved signing customers to pricing structures that couldn’t be supported by current billing system. Designed and built a new internal billing system to support the proposed pricing structures. - Led transition from SVN to Git to better meet the needs of the development team. Trained team on Git, new tools, and workflow of committing and merging changes. - Part of the team that built a system in C# to interface with third party vendors through APIs to send automated messages to patients (APIs included Twilio, SendGrid, and ZenPrint)- Designed and built fixes, improvements, and new features using standard coding practices. Regularly participated in test-driven development and code reviews as both the developer and the tester.
