CMS is a leading nationwide Master Agency with top performing telecom/datacom and wireless providers. I work as a key player within the wireline team to research a variety of telecommunications solutions including DSL, cable, fiber, Point to Point, MPLS, T-1 and phone services.I create detailed pricing quote comparisons to present CMS agents with the best options to fit their customers' needs. Provide superior customer support, service, and conflict resolution for CMS agents while serving as their liaison with national and international carriers. The Carrier Service Department Supervisor is responsible for the overall administrative organization of the department and provides direct administrative support to the Vice President of the Telecommunications Sales Department. I manage Agent requests for pricing, quote requests and customer proposals. Prepare quotes and pricing for ATEL Sales Representatives and the VP of the Department as well as outside Agents. I work with the Agent Managers from all our carriers and utilize their resources to our advantageI process all orders received from sales reps/agents, scrub them and submit to the appropriate carrier. Manage all Telco projects from start to finish to include; verify pricing, check for completeness of paperwork, acceptance and credit approval from carrier, verify all times, dates, milestones and coordinate with all parties involved.I troubleshoot all service issues. Open trouble tickets with carriers and work with their technicians along with equipment vendors to find a quick resolution to our customer's problems.Lastly, I am responsible for monthly commission reports. I gather and process the information received each month from the 20-30 different carriers we work with and pay our agents commensurately. I balance the records to make sure every amount paid out and received is correct.

As the Carrier Services Assistant I provide administrative support to the Carrier Services Manager and Vice President of the Telecommunications Sales Department. Office responsibilities include the following:Process all orders received from sales reps/agents, scrub them and submit to the appropriate carrier. Manage Telco projects from start to finish. Create quotes and paperwork for all inside and outside reps for all carriers. Track and complete renewals for all customers. Create, manage, and complete all customer services tasks. These include trouble tickets, MACD's, and billing issues. Successfully use any and all programs within Atel. These include Tigerpaw, RPM, Outlook, Excel, Word, Etc. Admin Duties include filing, faxing, scanning, printing, and organizing.

As the Legal Assistant at Stoecklein Law Group, I provided administrative assistance to the managing director as well as the other lawyers and paralegals in the office. My duties included secretarial responsibilities such as answering the phone, managing calendars, organizing conference meetings and greeting clients. My legal tasks included filing press releases and SEC filings under strict time restraints; I handled the "going public" process for clients by managing the 15(c)2-11 filings; created legal opinions for stockholders wishing to sell shares; and submitted all necessary documents for Secretary of State requirements.

Athletic Department

I was the assistant to the Special Events Coordinator at Sonoma State University's Athletic Department. The two of us managed and executed fundraising and special events for the department. My duties included compiling databases of alumni for each sport as well as sending out mass mailings for their fundraising efforts. I reached out to local businesses in search of donors for our live and silent auction that took place each May and was the main source of funds raised for the year. The event had a guest list of a few hundred attendees and would raise over $100,000 in profits. Each year was more successful than the one prior.
